I think Stone Cold needs to get back to his roots if he's going to be involved in a feud with Punk. I love Austin to death and consider him the GOAT but he really hasn't impressed me with a promo since like... 2001? Seriously. He hasn't shown that intensity in quite awhile and if he's going to get in a shouting match with Punk he needs to turn it up. Lord knows he won't be able to go in the ring like he used to (not saying he'll be terrible, but it won't be the memorable part of the feud) so he really needs to own Punk's ass on the mic.
Also, I'm speaking of the few returns he's had in the past several years... He either doesn't talk much or doesn't talk well.

I had similar worries until I saw the sit down interview with he and Punk that was conducted by JR. I thought he was fantastic there.

Let's not get carried away. Austin may be the GOAT, but Punk is damn good himself. Summer '11 proves that. If Punk can promo at THAT level and have THAT kind of chemistry with Austin as he did with Cena, it'll be a hellacious storm of promos to witness.

I'm not gonna get my expectations high for a match anytime Cena, I do however believe that Austin is gonna make an appearance on RAW soon, which is good enough for me
