I find this style to be really debilitating for a guy like Bryan who obviously has the prowess and technical skill to just lay waste to his opponents, but instead he just sticks with his few same moves and does them over and over. I'm much more forgiving for some people like Ziggler because his offense doesn't seem AS formulaic (and because he doesn't use kicks as 90% of his moves, like Bryan does. Seriously, THAT irritates me).

And I don't truly dislike Bryan. I just don't like how he's being used right now because I think it makes him irritating. I can think of a hundred better ways to. I threw in my 2 cents about how I feel, but unlike some who just say "well I hate Bryan, fuck him, he deserves to be midcard" I actually take the time to distinguish myself from a blind hater by saying "I'm not a fan of what he's doing right now, here's why." I do this because I myself respect people who will back up their opinions with facts and well constructed arguments. I can take something thoughtful away from the post-"oh, that's an interesting view he has, I didn't think about it like that." Its the people who drop in, say they hate something or blindly love it, and then give no reason why that bug me. "ZOMG ITS THE BEST EVER, PUSH BRYAN TO THE MOON, HE'S CARRYING THIS COMPANY." Its so asinine, I find.

Bryan has the talent, I won't argue that. Its just this YES/NO thing I've never been a big fan of, and I don't think he's been anywhere near as extraordinary in the anger management thing as others think. The whole thing doesn't really appeal to me. The only moment that I thought was truly great was Kane's recollection of his personal history. Now its always "I'M THE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS." I, myself, don't see the appeal.
Ok I understand. Personally, for awhile I thought the WWE was going to destroy Bryan's move set. I enjoy the striking very much, so we differ there. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the recent tag match on raw. I thought it was Brilliant psychology. The way Bryan backed himself into a corner that allowed Ziggler and Del Rio to assume control, the way Bryan was playing the hot tag to his dysfunctional partner, and even so there were two distinct moments when you thought Ziggler was going to get the pin. The Frankensteiner spot was awesome.
I think Bryan was given some freedom to try new things in this match. But I don't mind a repetitive move set if the psychology is right.

I view Bryan as a true student of the business. His effort, knowledge, and charm shine through the ridiculous situations he has been booked in. I hope you can see through a lot what you don't like right now and still acknowledge that Bryan is always trying to evolve.

I believe Daniel Bryan is a shoe-in for a WWE title run after Team HellNO runs its course, but that won't be for another decade...

YES! YES! YES!

Yeah, in the WWE title picture there is Punk and Cena and....um...Ryback? That cup is just running over.

Then the world title has ShameUs, Big Slow and ADR. Again...
The WWE title will be Cena/Rocky at WM, so DB can't do anything there....afterwords, though, he might have a chance, but I expect WWE to do Ryback/Cena post-WM, and after that, the new MITB winner.....really isn't space for Bryan right now.

I think he will. . .but not soon! He's doing very well right now with Kane. Their stuff together are imo some of the highest points of the show.

I suspect they will be together for awhile longer. . .maybe a couple months at least. Bryan may start to get a singles push after the Rumble. Possible team break up during the Rumble by attacking eachother after they clear out the ring? Pretty classic way to break up a tag team. And it's right before the Wrestlemania run, so there's plenty of time to build a nice singles push. Hell, Bryan could even win the Rumble. Who knows.

He'd be an exciting guy to win it. I could see that really getting him over for good as a face.
