Problem is, where does this leave Ryback after this little "feud" ?

I think a Ryback-Sandow feud would be great for the future. Ryback is obviously over as fuck and this would build 2 stars at the same time. And this could be a very good rivalry for years to come.

Re: HOW BIG CAN RYBACK BE?
I was impressed by his reaction when he attacked Punk. Ryback seems to be getting over fairly quick. If WWE handle him well then Ryback could be a top star soon enough.

I think it'd be better to build them seperately. Each facing already-established stars instead.
I definitely did not think Ryback would get over faster than Sandow who was becoming my favorite guy. I think being paired with Rhodes in a tag team has actually stunted his growth. . .while Ryback just skyrocketed in popularity in the meantime.
Ryback getting pushed vs Punk just looks like an emergency replacement fued because of Cena's condition though (like I said earlier). Strangely enough though, it's working. In a way, I'm glad to see the tired and played out "Punk being the best" storyline get broken up with the emergence of Ryback.

I couldn't agree with you more, though I love the CM Punk vs Ryback tease, I really hope that Cena makes it simply for the fact that it gives Ryback more time to work on his cardio and ring skills, and if they keep Ryback's steady build then I have no doubt he'll be a future world belt holder.
With his match with Epico and Primo he once and for all proved that he can use his finisher on larger opponents than most of us on the board wanted to believe. Still uncertain if Tensei sandbagged or if the two were just out of sync that night, either way Ryback has been the sole reason why I tune in every week. He offers something new, plus I'm a big fan.
Also I have no problem with Epico and Primo being fed, they were knocked out of the tournament so they had nothing else better to do and won't until after HIAC. I am still hoping to get a Ryback promo eventually, his vignettes from a month or so back were pretty fun.

Re: HOW BIG CAN RYBACK BE?
Ryback will be as big as his mouth takes him. The streak will only last so long. He needs to be able to speak on the mic, and frankly, I don't think he can.

Re: HOW BIG CAN RYBACK BE?
he needs a quick short feud with Mark Henry - I want to see what Mark Henry could do seeing as he's slimmed down a bit - it won't be a 5 star classic bit Henry is a formidable heel for Ryback to go over

Re: HOW BIG CAN RYBACK BE?
I have a feeling that he will be a flash in the pan. He has only squashed jobbers so far, hasn't had a real feud, and never done a promo (in this gimmick at least). Once his winning streak ends, he has to do promos and have competitive matches is the real test of how over he can be.
And he looks like he works really stiff. I'm not sure if he really is or that's just some good selling, but that may become a problem. I don't want to see another career end due to a careless stiff worker like what Goldberg did to Bret Hart.

Basically this.
When the mystique wears off, his flaws will show through pretty obviously.

Re: HOW BIG CAN RYBACK BE?
has undertaker's mystique warn off? who's to say Ryback can't get a manager -- he comes out to save somebody from CM Punk again -- said person becomes his manager/mouthpiece voila problem solved
and where is this proof that ryback can't talk on the mic?
