It's hard to believe the company would have him lose back to back to back PPVs. Especially by screwjob. Eventually they have to have him win or the whole thing is just stupid.

It seems like the entire story is building to Ryback finally winning the title, since Punk keeps escaping just barely every time they are in the ring together. If Punk ends up beating Ryback again by some screwjob, then they made Ryback look like an idiot. Just a straight up moron. My only problem is that I am not sure WWE wants to do Ryback/Rock instead of Punk/Rock at Royal Rumble.

Ryback is not winning at TLC. Him being in a title match with Dwayne will just kill all interest. Vince is not THAT stupid.

Sadly, I have to agree with you. Maybe next year Ryback/Rock might be big enough, but right now, its really not. And I blame WWE for putting him in another match with Punk at TLC. They should have let him feud with the NXT guys, and then win the Rumble, and win the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania. While Punk could have feuded with Foley at TLC, the Rock at the Rumble, and whoever else at Wrestlemania.

Looks like Ziggler is next for the WHC. They really screwed up booking this match with the Rock so far in advance. They could have pushed it back so Ryback could win the belt for a PPV or two then lose it back to Punk before he faces the Rock.

they caught themselves in the corner. they can not afford to have Ambrose/Rollins/Reigns be fed to Ryback, IMO that would be worst than Ryback losing to Punk again, they jsut debuted them and would kill all their credibility. Also since they are going after other wrestlers and not just Ryback they can get an out.
Comes down to nobody else for Ryback to feud with & nobody else for Punk to feud with. So might as well
