WWE needed a Ryback-type guy, now they have it. Hopefully he continues to get the push for a bit before getting into a normal routine, and that WWE doesn't solely use this site and it's annoying pool of Punk marks as it's only point of reference to see what fans think.

I went on youtube just now to listen to Ryback's new theme song, and damn near every post is dudes jizzing over Ryback saying he feels like an attitude era character, and they all loved the ending to Raw. Very stark contrast to all the whiners on this site.

Still, Vince has alot of hope for him to be the next top face, and for 6 months he has been squashing jobbers. His time has come.

This is why I don't take the general opinions on this site that seriously. It's a small percentage of the WWE fanbase, even though this is the biggest WWE forum on the internet(isn't it?).

A lot of fans like Ryback, look at those glowing comments. I literally did not cherry pick them either, I just copy and pasted the last 10 comments. It's mostly just Punk marks and anti-body builder types (who are almost all Punk marks) who hate Ryback right now. Stupid reason to hate a guy. He's been more entertaining than the typical boring soapbox shit that's been poisoning the show for months.

Ryback's also gotten over without being put over big names. What better and less annoying way is there for a guy to get over? Just doing promos and not having any matches? He's mostly beaten just jobbers, and you guys are still bitching about it. Only now you're bitching that he's over and that he's getting a couple matches with non jobbers now. lol.

It just looks like people were waiting to bitch about it since the moment anything happens: TONS of bitching. But again, it's mostly from just one source (Punk fans).
