Punk one of the best workers in the business? He isn't even top 5 in the WWE and I love Punk.

Punks ring work is pretty sloppy TBH. His selling, storytelling, and such are his best aspects. Which aren't relevant to how Ryback performed in the match yesterday.

Lol at the people who take this waaaaaaay too serious. Its a PLAY, its ENTERTAINMENT, its like a fucking MOVIE - they have WRITERS and everyone is playing a CHARACTER. Got that? There's good guys, there's bad guys and the idea is to cause a reaction from the live audience and the fans.

Ryback's story now has the opportunity to continue until he "avenges this loss" with a million different roads to go down before hand. Ryback might not even be in another WWE Championship until Hell in a Cell next year! Who knows what can happen from here - but the point is Punk kept the WWE Championship which is huge because the fact him being champion is the only thing that is sustaining his relevancy now AND Ryback will be on the chase to avenge his loss; again a million roads to take.

If Ryback wins it makes no sense. He's the champ, then what? It was great booking to further progress the storylines and open the doors for many different opportunities.

Didn't stop them from Sheamus or Brock. And before you say "Don't compare Bork to ROIDBACK OMGLOZ" I'm not comparing their in-ring skill, physique, etc. I'm comparing the situation. What's the immediate damage of him winning the title last night? Were they gonna go bankrupt today because of it?
