Re: Ryback "botches" again.
Its an awkward move, its really nothing to do with strength.

I mean seriously. Let me prove my point.. All I need to do is put another wrestlers head on Rybacks head and you can't tell the difference.

Actually, Bryan Clarke was awesome as Adam Bomb and in KroniK too.

Re: Ryback "botches" again.
People shit on Ryback for botching and not being able to lift a huge "FAT" overweight guy but yet it seems people have forgotten the HUGE botch spear that Goldberg did that cause Bret Hart's career to end

Re: Ryback Powerbomb should be his finisher
It would be better if he has a finisher that can be applied to everyone from Sin Cara to Big Show. Even a high impact running powerslam will do.

Anyway, a lot of talk, which I agree with, about how crap the product is right now and I mostly agree, but things seem to be improving, and things like Ryback are fresh, rather than the same stuff every PPV. I think they rushed this HIAC match, but I'll go with it, see what happens, I think maybe anyone that gains popularity with the general crowd is going to get ripped on here?
I'm a long time viewer, been watching since mid 90's, and started watching again constantly last year, and things like CM Punk, Bryan etc are really good for me, the stuff with Cena is the kinda thing that stopped me watching it so much a few years ago, but I think the last year you have seen they have tried to listen to fans, and improve the product, and try be more creative, some of the stuff is lame, a lot of RAW last night was a bit WTF, but in general there are some good stories

Why do people always bring up the year that they started watching/how long they've been watching?

The Goldberg kick and headshots from a no DQ match with Funk lead to a concussion, then a knock to the head during a figure four with Goldberg made it critical. The swelling/concussion went away eventually.
Bret just wanted to retire.

Re: Ryback "botches" again.
It's an awkward lift, I'm not surprised he has trouble sometimes. Punk lifted him easy because of how he did it. Hopefully they drop the move and go with something else, it does hurt his image.

People cannot stand Ryback because he's too similar to Golberg(because he's bald, a powerhouse and squashes people). But people can stand heels like Rhodes who are similar to everyone else, much less original. At least Ryback has a good name, a good theme(the "machine of a man" one), a catchphrase and a more original attire than boring trunks.

Re: Ryback "botches" again.
I marked for Punk mocking RyBack's march at 4:30.
Anyway, he needs to work on the execution of the move. I doubt it is really his strength that is the issue. He lifts them awkwardly and puts a lot of the persons weight on his arms, where it would be easier if he lifted using his entire body.(like fireman carry pickups)
