The ratings for the show will be around 2.8-3.0, right? That's the same rating that we get since 2010. So why are everyone so sad about the poor rating?

I'm glad RAW has gone to three hours, without it we wouldn't have the exciting new development in the tag-team division. Plus I watch it the day after on the internet so I can just skip all the crap I don't want to watch.

If Raw was still 2 hrs, people would be complaining how people aren't getting time so it works both ways.
