Surely he doesn't make that much off merchandise I would assume vince gets most of that money and cena wouldn't get more than ten percent at most.

Nexus - perfect opportunity
Kane - perfect opportunity
Rock - perfect opportunity

Cena is never turning.

Never. I don't think it's ever going to happen.

2010 was too soon for him to turn heel.

The angle with Kane was just WWE promoting Cena's Rise Above Hate campaign. Him turning heel would have made no sense.

I think most Cena fans would have actually marked out if Cena beat the hell out of Rock at WM in a heelish fashion. Their feud was becoming somewhat personal from a kayfabe standpoint. Cena snapping on Rock would have been justifiable enough for his fans to not turn on him.

I bet if he does not turn heel before WM 30, he will do it at the event itself against The Undertaker. It just has to happen.

I also think that his heel turn will be similar to Bret's not Hogan's. Just like Bret, Cena will have a pretty good reason for snapping. Like Bret, half of Cena's fans will turn on him, and the other half will stay loyal because they feel the same way that Cena does. I may end up be one of those fans who will stay loyal (I usually boo the heels because I don't like to ruin the show for myself, but I think Cena will be different for me.).

I'm in the boat of its never happening. The whole thing with Nexus and this past WM with Embrace the hate/The Rock were the best opportunity for a heel turn that the WWE will ever have.

Well they have another opportunity now with an eventual dounble turn with him and Punk with PHeyman/Punk uncovering a "conspiracy" by Vince/the WWE/Cena to keep Cena on top, but that will never happen either.

No offense or anything, but the fact that people think that Punk could dethrone Cena as top guy is baffling. The guy had to turn heel one year after he started his face run. CM Punk's appeal always runs out fairly fast, no matter what kind of character he is playing. I will say it again, unlike Cena, he has no long term appeal. That's what Cena meant when he told Punk he has changed his ideologies numerous times. I can admit that I usually buy into the WWE machine and will believe anything they tell me. But they have failed to convince when it comes to CM Punk. I guess I am just able to see through Punk and have decided for myself that he is not that good.
