Like Triple G says, I don't care anymore who runs the show. The GM should be like the supreme court, make rulings on issues that are rarely or ever addressed (don't know if that's the best way to explain it). The GM is booked the same way all the time now. Everyone likes them, then everyone hates them, then they're gone/

If he didn't care then John Laurinaitis and AJ wouldn't have taken up 90% of the air time.
I don't care who runs the show either, but I do care about who takes up my air time, and if the GM is gonna take up so much air time, it cannot be AJ. That's the beginning and end of it.
The whole 'GM' thing was played out years ago. Just have Cole announce the matches that are coming up. Have an anonymous GM (one that is almost never mentioned, not one that email's the announcer's desk every 15 minutes) who's role is backstage only and is not part of the show.
"Every single thing you're doing right now in the wwe john , going to every show , The Rock has already done it . Every single thing you're thinking about doing , outside of the wwe , The Rock has already done it , as a matter of fact The Rock has done it better !"
They need to go back to the days of having a Jack Tunney styles figure head who's very rare seen on tv only shows up about 2-3 times a year, so when you see him you know something big is going down.
As has been said, I wish they would get the fuck over these GM storylines. If wrestlers are upset about something, have them complain to Striker or Matthews in an interview, and have HHH show up if something major is happening. Other than that IDGAF who is in charge of the show, and it's completely counter productive putting so much effort into getting the GM over because there can never be a direct pay-off unless you completely contrive it and end up with stupid situations like the Cena-Laurinaitis match earlier in the year, which helps no-one. You'd think creative would have learned from their past mistakes but I guess that's what happens when you hire sitcom writers instead of wrestling bookers.

But yeah I agree with what 11rob2k says. Like a Jack Tunney or Gorilla Monsoon figure - someone who shows up when absolutely necessary. You knew something big was going to happen when either of these showed up.
