Ok so Raw was rather useless and uneventful last night with far too many squash matches, boring promos and Rybotch. Now i've been a massive fan of Sandow from the very first moment i saw him, but i've been trying my hardest not to go OTT until i had seen him in a proper match that lasted more than 5 mins and last night we got it. Most of us realise by now that he is absolute gold on the mic, his presnce and intensity in the ring are up there with the best in WWE right now easily. Everything he does is just flawless and class. This weeks raw he eventually got his chance to shine in what was easily match of the night and one of the best matches on Raw IMO since the 3 hour change over and much better than the recent ADR and Sheamus matches/feuds. Not too mention in his first prolonged match was against sheamus aka the walking p*ss break, i felt it was a great match and i like some of the new moves sandow implemented like his running swinging neckbreaker which looked quite impressive, what i also noticed just before good old JR pointed it out was he has a old school feel to him in the ring and after this match i know he can hang with the top guys and he carried sheamus of all people to a good match. Basically i'm just here to tell you how great i think this guy is/can be. There is nothing he can't do and hopefully they continue to book him aginst the top stars in the company and push him right to the top because this guy deserves a title, no scrap that.... This guy NEEDS a title and a meaningful one at that. He needs to be pushed and prioritised more than Barrett, Rybotch, Cody, Cesaro etc. So basically what im asking is how did you think he got on in his first extended match? in one that he could show off his talents properly in-ring? Anyways, I agree. Everything about him is awesome. Especially the fact that his gimmick is that of a graceful-sophisticated individual who wants to enlighten the masses, but when he gets in the ring, he turns into an ruthless killing machine. Give him about a year or two and I am pretty confident that he'll be in the main event.

Sandow is pretty good, he should have a good run in the WWE if he plays his cards right.

Yes, I agree. Been marking for Sandow since his debut, he has grace, sophistication, cartwheels like a boss! And even if he did beat, it was an impressive match against Sheamus that should elevate him some more. With time, he'll be in the main event scene if treated right, but I believe he has the skill to get to that position.

Yep the only downside for me is he got pinned clean, his first proper defeat so far in WWE but it was against sheamus, one of the top guys in the company and only second to cena in how strongly he's being booked. I foolishly had my hopes up of a sandow victory via a cody distraction though so apart from the match itself which i really enjoyed that was a slight downside
