THey just give people what they want, IWC isn't the majority of their fanbase, 80% of fanbase is casual fans who wants to see the same things again and again, if Austin shows up they WANT him to stun someone , if hero-Cena Shows up his fans wants him to yell in the microphone and AA his rival, all wwe is repetitive just like old school comics and tv series, they don't want to create a piece of art to be remembered 200 years from now, they want to make money. Is it sad? Yes of course.

Cena is one of the most predictable people in the WWE. His promos always include:

1. Complementing the crowd, even though half are booing him. Usually results in more cheers for him. Happened in Chicago in Extreme Rules. Sickening.
2. If Cena lost a match, he talks about how it wasn't really a real win for the opponent b/c _________ won by cheating, shenanigans, etc. This greatly belittles his opponents and ensures that Cena is always perceived as the best guy and always at the top.
3. He'll talk about how the crowd wants to see Cena vs. ______ once and for all in a non-BS match to see who's better. When he's in his "I WILL overcome/beat ________" overconfident tone, it's a sure thing he'll win. Only exception was Rock, but that's a special case anyway.

When Cena is on his A-game on the mic, he manages to even convince me to be on his side, not an easy thing because I hate his guts. I don't need a heel Cena. I just want a more vulnerable, edgy Cena. Before WM28, he wore his balls like a man and made Rock look like garbage. His most epic line was the one about Rock having his promo on his wrist

Cena has all the tools to be amazing, but his "Super-ness" and WWE's need to always keep him strong and unbeatable ensures that he'll always be the same boring unfunny douchebag the majority of IWC hates.
