Um no.. He is really not bad. He can main-event, its just he has gotten stale with the same old thing he has been doing and needs to do something to freshen his character up.

I didnt mind his title run last year, it was different and pretty nice. So that tells, he can be a maineventer and is more than just a midcarder.

No. He's got the mic talent and has what it takes in the ring to be a stable maineventer in my opinion.
