Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

I'd be happy. He needs to go and take a break from wrestling for a while. Have you seen the state of him? Dude looks like a wreck every week.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

Just one less reason to watch WWE's awful programming. A very huge reason at that.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

The issues between him and WWE don't concern "the way they've been treating him". WWE wants to buy the rights to his name, which he himself still owns.

Regardless of the facts, however, I'd be dissapointed if he left.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

I wouldnt let a company buy the rights to my name, and if I were him I;'d say "Mr. Kennedy got fired because he botched a move, and now has to change his identity if he wants to wrestle, I don't want to change who I am"

^ Yeah, but the fact that they don't own his name probably has a lot to do with why he's been treated like shit over the years. He's obviously the most talented heel on the roster and I'm sure if the WWE owned his name they would have made him the #1 heel quite some time ago.

That being said if I was him I'd test the market outside of the WWE. Maybe the WWE will come calling back, maybe they wont. He might as well see though rather than just give up and sell himself to them. CM Punk is something he created, fuck Vince.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

I would really be pissed But I'd continue watching because I was watching RAW when Punk was on ECW & Smackdown. I'd still be pissed though. Hope he stays though(highly doubt it).

I can see why people say he's been treated like shit. He hasn't won a PPV match in what seems like forever. I give you that.

However he's a three time World Champ and a two time MITB winner. I don't think he's doing all that bad, considering he's not a WWE-made star.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

I'd be disappointed, but I'd be happy for him for doing something about the fact that he is the most under utilized talent on the roster.

Re: If CM Punk DOES leave WWE...

I wouldn't really care. Don't get me wrong, Punk's a great talent but I get the feeling he thinks he should be the top star in the company and that's just not the case. Winning the big belt 3 times so far is a pretty huge accomplishment so he should just be happy he still gets to cash that fat paycheck.
