Wait, he doesn't have fans, that wouldn't work. There'd be a lot of roster changing, they would pretty much destroy SmackDown! just to bring every top name to Raw including the Undertaker. Anyway, it's highly unlikely Cena's going to die so young, especially when he seems perfectly healthy.
