Either put Cena in the title picture or HELL just for the sheer SHOCK value have Dibiase turn on Orton and say HE will take the WWE championship to prove that he's not Orton's whipping boy.
Have him talk about "Always doing things the Randy Orton way, Dressing like Randy Orton, Talking like Randy Orton, getting my ass kicked around the ring like Randy Orton so that he looks better! I'm sick of it! From now on I do things MY way, I fight how I want to fight I talk how I want to talk and I win when I damn well want to win. And Orton? I'm taking the WWE championship off of YOU!"
I think the sheer shock value then we have 4 weeks to put him over as a solid main eventer, if we want to delay that then bring in MVP. Have him cut a promo like this "I'm Montel Vontavious Porter, MVP, I'm the most valuable player, I dragged myself from the streets and from jail and I MADE myself the most valuable asset that Monday Night Raw has, and Randy Orton? that WWE Championship is going to be around MY waist! You don't have to worry about Sledgehammers or slapping the referee against me, all you gotta worry is about me Ballin and the 1,2,3. Seeya at Night of Champions." People will get behind MVP if we give more depth to his character, how about talking ABOUT his real life past as a convicted felon who dragged himself up from that and fought his way to being the Most Valuable Player. A story of redemption and evolution and now he's going to achieve the pinnacle by defeating Randy Orton and becoming THE WWE Champion.

Fact: an 18 year old Professional Writing Major with no major credits to his name who did one buisness course and has horrible handwriting and spelling.
Is STILL better as a booker than the entire of Raw and TNA's creative teams combined.
That's a sad thing to think about that dozens of grown adults with degree's are being out thought by a kid with too much time on his hands.
