So D-Lo Brown lost to Mike Knox in 45 seconds tonight. Is Mike Knox on the verge of a push, or is D-Lo the official pissant of Raw now?
Honestly, I don't see how Mike Knox avoided getting released the past couple months. He hasn't been booked well at all since he was in ECW. The coolest thing this guy ever did was date Kelly Kelly. And between him and Snitsky, I can't decide who is uglier and less marketable, even as a squash monster.
Then you have D-Lo, who isn't exactly 'young' anymore, but still has plenty of gas left in the tank to make another run at the IC/Tag Championships. If he brought back the chest protector, WWE could make a killing off T-shirts with chest-protectors printed on them. It just doesn't seem like WWE has any major plans for him at his age.
He still has plenty of gas left in the tank, ask anybody who saw his stuff from NOAH in the past year. I think it was a bad time for him to get signed, as he got lost in the mix of Raw being re-organized and people getting pushes. Him returning to no crowd reaction didn' help either.
its kind of sad to see D' Lo Brown get squashed by a guy who has not one interesting thing about him.

That's bullcrap, D'Lo is way better than Mike Knox. D'Lo has a lot of skill, but WWE continue to misuse him, just like with Val Venis. Those 2 could be good at the IC belt level but are continually getting squashed.
Goldust, Val Venis and D'Lo all have potential but apparently Vince focuses more on the younger, newer stars (which isn't helping his product too well). Goldust just needs to lose 20 lbs, Val needs to grow out his hair, and even D'Lo can lose a few pounds. But weight loss and facial hair isn't what's keeping these guys down, it's Vince's view which is slowly fucking up his company since 2000.
