i don't hate rey, he's a shadow of what he was in wcw though and he hasn't been involved in anything good since his feud with chavo which was awesome.

If you devoted 25 years of your life to wrestling and to entertaining people and ruining your body in the course of doing so, then it's obvious you deserve to be hated. So you should just retire and go off TV. Be forgotten. Game over.


As for Rey's voice, anyone who has heard it outside character knows that he's got an absolutely normal male voice. He changes it during promos I have no idea why.

To all those saying Rey should turn heel, give that some thought. Seriously.

A) He's a good merch seller with his masks and is big with the kids. If he turns heel, that's a lot of sales down the drain.
B) Could you imagine a heel Mysterio? BAH GAWD KING Mysterio just drive by... senton splashed him. Little guys can never be successful heels because they have no credibility or threat. The Brian Kendrick's exempt because he's got Zeke backing him up.

He's hated because many other people including children love him.They got to hate anyone the crowd loves.
He's hated by some others because he was the World Champion with such small size, so he's not credible. Well, then the only credible champions are Big Show, Great Khali, Mark Henry and maybe Umaga. You can't beat these guys!
He's also hated because he has poor mic skills. As if Chris Benoit was a mic master...

IMO, Rey would be a LOT better in TNA, where thaty are wrestlers that suite his talent. Jeff Hardy had a great run there, and Rey would do exellently! However, WWE would not let that happen due to merchandise. But it would suite rey.

Some people obviously don't know the difference between fat and muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Rey is NOT short and fat. He is short and MUSCULAR.
