I think he's a face GM although sometimes it's not obvious. Too bad they haven't done more with his character to add interest to the show. I marked when Shane appeared on RAW. Hopefully we'll see more of him on the shows to come.

I'd say he is "trying" to be a face by giving everyone what everyone wants, but it just happens that his granting all the heel's wishes.

hes basically just a guy who doesnt know what hes doing. if you think thats face-worthy, then hes a face. id say hes more face than heel.
