I dont really think he is playing either. He is kinda a tweener. But he is leading more towards heel by suspending Punk, letting Jericho do whatever he wants, always making handicap matches with the faces being at the disadvantage.
i thought it was awesome when they had him go from mocked commentator to a seemingly evil GM but then they pussied out and booked him all shizophrenic like
I think he's more of a naive face GM who gets manipulated by Jericho and Orton. However, I can see a definitve heel turn in the upcoming future because of Shane overruling his decisions.
Honestly, I think it would be hard for him to be a face GM. He hardly gets a reaction now from the fans, and has recently done heelish things. I really just don't think many people like him, myself being one of them. I personally think his acting is terrible, and I'm kind of done with him fumbling words and stuttering. He lacks the charisma that Shane, Teddy, and Vince have. He also lacks the ability to draw major heat, like Vicky has. I don't like Vicky either, but I love watching when the crowd boos so loud that she can't even talk....and then when she does start totalk again, they boo louder.
