yeah, the back problems are a pain... He always says that at least. "playingthegame" knows what I'm talking about...

JBL is excellent in the ring and on the mike. He's extremely interesting, convincing and intelligent.
He's an awesome heel. Just behind Jericho/Edge IMO.
I like seeing JBL in the main event, he makes talent look good.

I like his promos, but that's basically it, and good mic skills isn't enough to be in the main event. If he didn't have those back problems, then maybe.

i dont see why he cant be a main eventer as long as his back holds out. JBL for GM!

JBL is a great heel, golden on the mic, his ring work however has NEVER been anything to rave about... He deserves to be a main eventer however.. I never felt like Rey Mysterio should be a main eventer.. I think Rey sucks all around for the most part..his ring work hasnt been the same since his injury and that I understand, but I've hated him overall for the last 4 years..

JBL is a main eventer.. besides Jericho, there are no good heels on RAW except for JBL lol..

Saying JBL is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time is an overstatement, but he's not awful in the ring. Maybe he's not as good as he used to be, but he can still deliver good performances in gimmick matches. Furthermore, he is currently one of the best heels in WWE, which is displayed through cutting awesome promos and having a dominant "bully" character. Therefore, I wouldn't deny him a position in the main event.

Making him general manager would be awesome!
Appointing JBL as General Manager would be gold!

He can take his career in to directions right now. he either has to go stay in the main event scene or he should just be used to put over some of the younger and up & coming main event superstars. Hes getting older and not getting any better in the ring really and truly but i think he still has enough to be a main eventer for a lil while longer.
