On this Board Rey gets no fucking respect, a man whos had great matches, is great in the ring, has wrestled all over the world, and is not a juiced up Meat head , he hsould be a guy the IWc can get behind, But no people on this board kick him at every turn,

Why?

cause hes lost a step? so has HBK, so has Angle, it happens when u have knee surgery and Rey still preforms at a level above half the guys on the roster

Cause he had a bad world title run? thats not his fault the bookers screwed him over, he still had a few good matches

cause his title push Happen when Eddie died? Rey Was Getting pushed before that , with his match rate at the time it was only a matter of time any way, plus if his push was only causeo f Eddie why didn't Benoit, or Chavo, or RVD get the push?

I agree, he get A LOT of hate from internet fans and I really don't know why. He is far more enjoyable to watch than Kane, JBL, Batista etc.

I appreciate the man's athleticism and Lucha style he brought and made famous in the U.S. He has a huge resume of classic matches with Eddie Guerrero, Juventud Guerrera, Dean Malenko and Kurt Angle.

He may not be that charismatic on the mic but he substitutes that with his flashy ring attire and innovative moves. He is the smallest World Champion ever and whether people say he only won because of Eddie I say ok if he did so what? He deserved to be World Champion for all the years he's put in the business and the amount of talent he possess. It's a shame he got shitty booking in his reign but he deserved to be champion no less. I don't understand why anyone wouldn't appreciate what Mysterio has accomplished in his amazing career.

Yup,Rey is a legend and a future HOFamer.I like him but only a select few are still liked by the majority of the IWC when they win the big belt.

Rey has had classics with Angle,Benoit,Eddie,Chavo and especially back in WCW.He deserves respect and I sure as hell give it to him.
