He won't. He'll still be wearing the same f'n gay ass hat like as if he's a member of our armed forces. I'm sure he'll have a new t shirt for all the 12 year olds to pick up. He will always be face and that's why fans love to boo him. I would commend him if he came back heel.

Silent Servant is a PIECE OF GARBAGE.

I hope I'm not banned for this but this guy is happy that another human being is injured,Cena's on a hospital bed and this dude is still insulting the poor guy.It's a on-screen character man,Cena's a preson who loves his job and fans.I never really knew how pathetic some wrestling fans were till now.Silent Servant needs a life.

So what? He's a Cena Hater your a Cena Lover, what's the difference between this and 1997 when people screamed "Die Rocky Die" Stop being so emotional.

Die Rocky Die was a chant,nobody should wish injury on Orton/Kennedy/Cena etc.I mean who the hell likes Khali,but damn if I'm happy that the poor dude's knees are giving up on him.I think you get my post here Jatt Kidd.

Yeah but it's wrestling, people voice their opinions all the time. No need to get in a flame war. Wishing death on somebody like Rocky back in 97 was way worse than saying someone was injured is good now, when you look at it from a moral or ethical perspective. It's like me saying I don't wish death on Osama, of course I do, and I don't care if he had blown up knees or a broken neck. Oh well, I just felt like typing. I'm out.

My thoughts and prayers are with Cena that his surgery today will be successful, as well as allow him to return the ring in due time. I wish him a speedy recovery.

When he is saying he can either mope around and be sad about it, or know what it will take to get better and that he vows to be back in a ring. That speaks volumes of his dedication to the business and the fans, the same fans who cheered upon hearing of his neck injury. I'm not a huge Cena fan, and despite all the shit he takes about being a shitty wrestler (who has been getting much, much better might I add) he is still hungry to be back in the ring. I respect him for that.

They won't let him get the Dr Jho surgery Angle got either. I think because Jho's surgery didn't fully work on Angle, people just assume it can't work on anyone, but Angle's neck was bad. I'm going to assume Cena's neck isn't as bad as Angle's was, so he might have better results.

The youngblood surgery isn't full proof either. It only gave Austin a couple of extra years.
