I feel bad for Cena despite the problems some have had with him. A neck injury is something that takes a year or longer to heal from. Unless the WWE is lieing again (Cena's last injury, Orton's questionable "accident"), they really do have do have to work on putting someone else into Cena's spot.

Damn.Not the right time for Cena to get injured as he's starting to gain respact from the people who hate him..

Hope the saurgery is successful and Cena will be 100% healthy and fit for the road to Wrestlemania 25

wrestlers that have suffered the same injury have been out for 6 months to a year...some never came back...this is very bad for the wwe!!!
