I think there is some legitimacy in this as their website also links to Kennedy's injury.
If this is indeed real, then Orton is still quite terrible at using judgement to think things through. Collarbone injuries have a nasty habit of reoccurring, just look at Candice. I think Randy needs to take time to make absolute sure he is 100% or else this injury is going to hound him for years to come.
A positive that comes from this is that Jericho will have even greater presence on the show as a top heel for the rest of the year.
