I just had an idea, if they go with the third brother storyline, imagine, at the end, when he's about to make the big reveal....

Kane: WHAT....
HHH: Lets meet your first brother
**Hulk Hogans music plays**
Kane:...brother....
HHH: Lets meat your second brother
**YOU LOOKIN AT DA REAL DEAL NOW**
**Dlo Brown comes out**
Kane: Oh hell no.....
HHH:Lets meet your son
Kane:Wait...i've never had sex with a women except for Kat...
HHH: Exactly.....

Well, here are the possibilities I've heard so far:
Undertaker: Why would Kane wonder if he's dead? He was only banished from the WWE. Vince: As others have already asked, why is Kane concerned about McMahon all of a sudden? It does make some sense at least, because his condition is "unknown" at the moment. Paul Bearer: It was mentioned on air that he didn't die from the concrete incident. However, maybe that part of the story was retconned and Kane's character really doesn't know. If that's the case, why has he waited until now to ask? An unknown: Some people are saying another brother of destruction, or maybe another family member we don't know anything about. I suppose that's possible, but I'm not banking on it.
With the info I have right now, I'm thinking it's either Vince (80% sure) or Bearer (20%).

This is pretty intriguing, but I hope it's not a cheesy payoff like he's wondering if Taker is really a corpse or just a living guy. That would be tremendously stupid, but so was Hornswoggle McMahon, so you never know.
As for who it is, I honestly don't know, and it also interests me as to why Kane would care if someone is alive or dead (being a merciless monster and all).
Why would he say "Is he Alive or Dead" if it's Vince, we know hes alive, we know Taker is alive, however last time we saw Bearer...no one was sure if he was, so i'm leaning towards either Bearer or a third brother.
