And yes his move list sucks. I just watched the JBL fight on youtube to see if i was right and i was. The match lasts 8mins and 5mins of that he is on his ass in a chin lock or giving a sit down sleeper hold....so exciting....

wow! you really need to check yourself... this is the perfect opportunity for Punk to get on the mic, the only reason he hasn't cut a good promo is because WWE has not let him! Punk is good on the mic, personality? I can't believe you said that!

every superstar in the WWE has a limited moveset! watch Punk in ROH then question his moveset, it's up to WWE to let him branch out.

I seriously have not witnessed a better moment on Raw or any of the WWE for so long, it was amazing!!

I know it is crazy people moan at Cena, Batista etc and 'moves of doom' but Austin and The Rock had there own moves that they did all the time.

People say that CM Punk isn't ready to be World Champion, but look at how he got there in a kayfabe sense- won the ladder match at WM and cashed in at an opportune moment- he hasn't gone over a big star in a long PPV match yet, and I don't think he will have a very long run as champion, but it was still a great stuff last night.

This is bullshit. I go use the bathroom for 3 minutes and history is made with Punk winning the Heavy Weight title.

OMG Punk as World champion gives me goose bumps I marked out like never before! Guys we all know hes probably going to lose soon but this is the turning point in his career hes going to wind up with a major role in the company from this point on! And can you guys smell a CM Punk heel turn on John Cena at T.G.A.B? I see CM Punk forming a heel stable!

On WWE TV, CM Punk doesn't really have a character to be honest. I know about ROH and all but it doesn't count , here. This version of CM Punk is not an established character. They better start booking him properly and fast or his reign will go down like Orton's first reign, I'm afraid.

Okay you proved one thing. You either are one of the new Punk haters on this fourm, or you are a drinker and smoker, lol. Because to say that man has zero personality after seeing his ROH promo's, actually to say it proves it even more is just insane. To say you don't like them is one thing to say it shows he has no personality is another. And news flash no one wrote his stuff for the most part in the indies the most they'll do is tell you what to go there to talk about, and you just come up with your own thing. But thanks for showing me early that I can already not take your post seriously.

In ROH and the Indies, Punk would come up with everything himself off the top of his head.

I'm sure it's a little hard for him to have these little short bland as hell scripted word for word promos.

But that's a WWE-wide problem, today. No improvisation allowed at all.

But Punk does his best with what he is given.
