He'll have a "Transitional" Title run..My pick would be around Survivor Series..or just after.

Would mark if Jeff (WWE Champ), Punk (WHC) and Matt (ECW Champ) tagged against there No. 1 contenders (Edge, Jericho and Henry, mebe?)

Raw was so refreshing last night. 90% was segments but who cares? It was something we haven't saw for years (segments to match ratio). I don't think CM Punk will hold the title for long but right now I'm just happy he's been given the belt. I had feeling they where going to run with the MITB being the top title on Raw and everyone would be chasing it to get a world title shot which would result in CM Punk dropping the title. Oh how I was wrong.
Someone has to go and ruin it by mentioning Jeff Hardy as WWE champ in the same thread as CM Punk winning it.

I'm very disappointed To be honest. Not that i dont like Punk. I like him, but i really feel Kennedy is the one who should have defeated Edge to win the title, given the history with the two. With Triple H in SD now, its almost impossible for Kennedy to break into Main event now.
Punk winning is a surprise, but i think his act will run dry soon. Atleast they're pushing new guys so i cannot do anything. Its funny how a guy who was jobbing to The Miz, Chavo, Mark Henry coupld of months back is the no.1 champion in no.1 show.. Punk fans must be creaming on their pants now..

Kennedy is on Smackdown for one, and the title needed to be brought to Raw someway, he didn't have the mitb. So I rly don't see your logic there at all.
