I'm a huge fan of Punk so needless to say I was happy to see him pick up the title. Some people complain he won, but if WWE would have been predictable and someone brought the title to RAW we'd be at the start of a bland Cena or Batista title reign again. I'm glad to see change and a new face holding the title. I'm not going to say WWE is excellent or anything, but they've definitly been improving their product as of late.

I am glad CM Punk became World Heavyweight Champion tonight becausw we finally can see someone fresh be in the title scene even if it is only for a little while. If Punk is not ready to be champion did just have him drop the title to someone that is. I for one am happy WWE made this decsion.

I was pretty thrilled with Raw right now. The way Punk won the title was awesome. It made sense for someone who's such an underdog, and he was expressive and entertaining in the doing. I'd be pretty happy to see him keep the title for a while, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do. Nicely done, Raw!

I marked out. So awesome to see him as champ after following what he has done over the years. Finally made it big and hopefully shall not be transitional champion but that is what I am expecting.

LOL @ people complaining and bitching. It's probably because Edge lost the Championship, not Triple H. If it was Triple H, people would've rejoiced, but no, twas Edge so people bitch. He was a god awful Champion, and hopefully, Punk is seminally interesting as such.

I've marked hard for alot of things, but this one of the biggest things I've ever marked out for. I guess it's that way for me cause I've followed his career from the indies to OVW to ECW to now world champ on Raw. Kinda crazy how he's been world champ on all levels. He looked very happy, and I was happy for him. Even if his reign is a transitonal run I can at least laugh at every person who ever said he would never be world champ on one of the major shows esp Raw.
