There's no way Kofi is having a lengthy reign with the title. He gotta be a transitional champ for someone like MVP to take over.

Should be a good aftermath show.

Yeah I actually think Kofi isn't gonna get a long reign as this is prob just a test run type push. I have a feeling JBL is gonna start a feud with Kofi, and beat him for the I.C title.

Edit: And I'm def looking forward to this show alot. Raw with no title situation, the whole Vince SL, the cody heel turn, etc. Alot of interesting stuff. I hope Punk is a big part of the show as well due to him having the most prized thing on the roster now.

well MVP is on SD so I doubt that will happen

and the plan prior to Hardy getting drafted was for him to be the challenger and Hardy/Jericho had been working house shows all the way up until Saturday Night. So if they wanted the belt on SD they would've just gone along with making it Hardy-Jericho which TBH would've gotten a better reaction from the crowd and probably have been a better match.

The only people I see ending Kofi's reign if it is going to be a short one would be JBL or Cade

Have JBL play up on his promo from the PPV where he said he will become a champion and now that the IC title is the biggest title on RAW have him win that.

If it's Cade then have Jericho basically screw Kingston out of the title.

Punk will get a promo of some sort on the show but TBH it wouldn't shock me to see someone like Batista, Jericho or Cena (obviously Orton if he was ready) kill Punk in the coming weeks and take the case.

Last week's Raw also witnessed the end of an era, as WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross was drafted away from Monday nights and replaced with SmackDown's Michael Cole. Tonight, on Raw, Good Ol' J.R. will make one final appearance to say goodbye to all his fans. Will J.R. be able to keep his composure as he gives what is certain to be an emotional farewell address amongst his fellow Oklahomans?

CM Punk needs a high profile feud to build up credibility as Money in the Bank winner. He will be hunted down tonight as he has the case. It will be something that all of the former World Champions on the Raw roster will want.

As for Kofi, I don't see Layfield going after him. Cade, probably, but not Layfield. JBL will want another World Title, so he will be one of those hunting Punk.

As far as Cena and Batista go, perhaps Cena has a mini-feud with Lance Cade since he may be left over. Batista I have no clue about. Don't expect them to feud against each other, so perhaps something here is wrong. Not really sure. These are just educated guesses.

I would love to see the return of either D-Lo Brown or Ron Killing's as a surprise Partner for Holly. Not for a permanent tag team but just to get Ron Killings or D-Lo back. They might go with a Chris Harris surprise debut but id rather see Killing's or D-Lo TBH.
