Kanemura's also about 100 years old and a 150 years past his prime. There's a REASON he only worked small indies.
A: He did mainly death matches.
B: He wasn't exactly ACE material.
All honestly, losing him wasn't really that big a deal to any of the companies so that analogy's really, REALLY, bad.
It doesn't matter about the size of the feds or his age, thats the point im making. He still got blackballed from the industry because of his behaviour. If someone as minor as him can get blackballed, then the currently most publicised repeat drugs case in the wrestling world will end up getting blackballed if he carrys on. Sexual harassment is a criminal offence, just as drug abuse is against the Wellness Programs of both major pro-wrestling federations. If Hardy gets fired for being a drug addict in WWE, he won't be picked up by TNA when they've got their own Wellness Program that will also find him to be a drug addict.

Dixie actually going to congress is nothing more than a vain attempt to get publicity and try prove that their as big as the WWE.
Congress doesnt care about TNA, they only care about WWE, the WWE is wrestling as far as their concerned and seem to believe that the WWE controls everything in wrestling.
If Congress decide to introduce any legislation against the WWE regarding drugs, it will apply to TNA (and ROH etc etc) as well. Why do you think they asked for details of TNA's drugs policy, if they didn't want to know? Are you really that dumb that you think that Vince would let them harass him constantly while TNA get away with no drugs policy. The first thing if TNA had no policy Vince would do would be, we've got one, why aren't you going after TNA, they dont have one.

You seem to be a really naive TNA mark to be honest
Guess what, your a naive Hardy mark who seems to think he does no wrong ever, and LMAO @ you thinking Hardy could draw more than Cena.
WWE's web site did acknowledge that Jeff Hardy's home was destroyed by fire over the weekend. I believe he was living in a double wide mobile home, as opposed to an actual brick house like his brother Matt.
- The WWE article did note that Hardy told investigators that he did not have insurance on his home.
- The fire department is not investigating foul play, yet the cause of the fire is still "undetermined." According to Dave Meltzer, the fire department believes the fire started inside the home, but have apparently ruled out Jeff himself as causing the blaze.
- At last week's meeting with Vince McMahon, Hardy told the WWE boss that he was not a party guy anymore, and didn't need rehab. He went as far as to say that if McMahon wanted to fire him, that last week's Raw match against Chris Jericho could be his last match with the company.

I find the last little bit to be interesting, but I don't think Vince is gonna let him go. First of all, he's way too big of a name at this point to let go, cause of the possibility of him going to TNA. Hell, they were worried about Carlito leaving for TNA, they would definitely be worried about Jeff going there.(Especially since he's already been there and did quite well)
It also indicates to me that the chances of Hardy getting buried are alot more likely than they were even before, saying something like that to Vince certainly isn't gonna help your chances when he does come back.
^Yeah, i can see them just holding onto him, but not really doing anything more then put him in the mid-card for a while, just so that they know Jeff won't go to TNA and take his fans with him.

I doubt WWE is worried about Jeff going anywhere, he tried that already and it didn't work. If anythinig, the ball's in WWE's court on this, and Jeff would be wise not to screw up again. TNA could get him back, but it's not like TNA's head-to-head with any WWE programming, so I don't see how his fans would go anywhere either. Booker T didn't even put an erection in TNA's ratings.

Hardy'll fail another drugs test within months of coming back then. He should just accept that he has a problem and get the rehab, I mean come on, the WWE would pay for him to go through it and it'll have massive benefits to his health and his career, but no, lets refuse to do it instead. If he doesn't accept he has a problem he'll just end up doing the drugs again.
The first thing I said on MSN when I heard the of the fire was bet it was an insurance scam or a suicide attempt but lol he has no insurance. Its not like he couldn't afford it

Jeff Hardy's fan-base has heavily increased since his last stint at TNA. Booker T has never been able to draw anybody anywhere, and doesn't have a hardcore fan-base like Jeff Hardy does.
It probably wouldn't change a whole lot, but WWE would want to make sure there's no risks.

You can believe what you want
In my opinion TNA/Dixie Carter would rape a badger to get Jeff Hardy at his current popularity level, what wrestling promotion that is trying to grow would turn down the chance to sign arguably the most over wrestler in the industry, Jeff Hardy has become a far bigger star than he ever was in his first WWE run and in his TNA run.
Any one who has actually followed Hardy from his last WWE stint and seen his interviews while he was away and the recent feelings he has portrayed via various sources would know
that Jeff wouldnt go to TNA if he left wrestling. Hardy is going through a simular burn out and homesickness as last time and i wouldnt be surprised if he left for good sooner than later.

I agree on the Booker...
But to say Jeff's "Hardcore fanbase" will just quit watching WWE out of boycot because they fired Jeff...no. I call the "Hardcore fanbase"'s bluff on that one.
