Re: The lack of respect in a lot of cases
He did what he did, soon will be old news,
Whatever we say or argue about he will serve the 60 days and people will either laugh at this, cry about this, bitch about this but meh, it's another strike and this time he's thrown away a HUGE opportunity.
Btw yes he is human like us, more so he's a wrestler and a role model, I personally am not and when people read this who look up to a so called clean Jeff hardy NO they are not going to be impressed, I doubt Matt was either.
I hope this time he actually does get through it and brings back what we love seeing.

Maybe he made a bad decision, maybe he just has problems and needs help, who knows really? He just needs to get his life together.

I like him too, and I do feel badly for him. However, if he's responsible enough to be nearly main eventing the WWE, he should be responsible enough to understand when he has a problem and get the help required. There aren't really any excuses for his actions, but I'm sure he's got a reason. I'm just hoping this is the last time he has a problem with drugs, it has really hindered his career in the past.

I agree.
I really hope Jeff finds the inner strength to admit he does indeed have a problem and battles and triumphantly overcomes this problem. Otherwise, he may end up regretting it for the rest of his entire life. That is if he really wants this. And he has stated so since he was a child. It's his dream.
I may be a Jeff Hardy fan. But I am also going to feel let down by all of this no matter what. I may be harsh on the guy. And sure, I do not know the full details of the story or why he has done this. But truth be told, he's violated his second offence and I'm always going to be disappointed. He needs to sort this out and he needs to... now!

First off, it's easy for us to talk shit about celebrities and their drug problems but we don't know fuck all about what goes on behind closed doors or know these people personally. Drugs are an escape. It's like smoking. No one in their right mind actually wants to smoke and get all the health problems and diseases that it brings but something happens in a person's life that pushes them to make that choice. I personally think it all has to do with the individual. I have never smoked and I never will. I was offered many times in HS and I had the will to say no. I didn't give a fuck about fitting in with the crowd and all that shit. If they didn't like me because I didn't smoke, I didn't waste my time with them and found a new crowd to hang out with.
Unfortunately, some people aren't as strong. That doesn't mean the person is a piece of shit. People feel pressure and do things to get away from life and it's troubles. Everyone does it. The only difference is that we all choose different ways to do it, whether it be playing video games, smoking, drugs, whatever.
For the respect part, it's easy to NOT care about someone we don't personally know. It's easy to say "I hate *insert name*" but, in reality, you can't hate someone you have never met and got to know personally. I laugh at John Cena and didn't care that he was hurt. I infact was rejoiced. It's simply because I don't know him and think he's annoying but I think I would have a different opinion of him if I hung out with him and knew how he was. Just because I am annoyed by his WWE character doesn't mean he can't be a fun, cool person who actually ISN'T annoying to hang out with.
Everyone has a family and it is never great when a person dies, no matter how much you dislike them for whatever reason. I find it disgusting that people are happy when a celebrity dies.

While I do agree with you, it doesn't change the fact that at the end of the day he fucked himself over and has no one else to blame but himself. Yes, we don't know how hard life on the road is and everything that goes along with that, but the drugs and pills (yes, I know he wasn't busted for pills) and all that junk really isn't needed. Lance Storm is a perfect example of that. On his site he has claimed multiple times that he never once used drugs or anything along those lines to get by and that he has no sympathy for the guys that do, or when they get busted. Now, no one knows that to be 100% true except for Lance and his close friends, but I am inclined to beleive him.
I'm not a JH fan by any stretch of the imagination, but it is dissapointing to see someone who is so close to living their dream get it taken away from him over something like this. I know he isn't screwed for life and I'm not saying that he will never get the title, but I think he will have to get back in line again for his time to come around.

Wouldnt go as far as to call Jeff Hardy a star, the guy is easily replaceable!
Its not like RAW is going to decrease rapidly in ratings and its not like WWE is gonna make money!
Jeff Hardy was just there to be quite frank, didnt really make that much of an impact, all he was good for was spots!
Its definitely sad to see the delight go, but he is easily replaceable!
I love Hardy, lawls!

Re: Jeff Hardy Suspended
man, im speechless. did not see this coming. Wrestlemania without Hardy will suck big time. MITB without hardy is like Disneyland without Mickey Mouse lol. sad to hear these news, jeff is the reason i started watching wrestling and the reason i still do, i dont care about the wwe, ecw, tna, whatever, just jeff hardy, and if he's gone, it wont be the same. i wish him all the best tho, im still a crazy fan of his, hopefully when he returns he will be back in the main event, he's got the peoples support.
i had never seen any of these suspensions posted on WWE.com, usually theyd just make something up during the show to explain why he's gone, but no they just announced it, any idea why they put it up and didnt do it when umaga/kennedy/others got suspended? what r they gonna say in the show as the reason hardy is not in the mitb, people will be expecting to see him, people who dont read forums or wwe.com that is, whats gonna happen now? and what will happen when he comes back?!?
COME ON JEFF!!!
