I'm not getting the logic behind this.

Jeff Hardy, after years of battling demons and politics and all the bullshit wrestlers deal with, he gets his shining moment. He gets to have a true second chance in the WWE, and does well for a while before getting suspended for 30 days around mid-2006. Not really shocking, since Jeff was known for it. But after a year of seemingly being clean, with Hardy putting on spectacular performance after spectacular performance, in the prime of his life, in a position that he's supposedly dreamed of since he was a kid and in a position that some people would legit KILL for...he throws it all away for drugs.

Are you FUCKING kidding me, Jeff?

I was absolutely outraged when I heard about the news. Jeff Hardy went from being the joke of the wrestling community to an actual superstar; someone who could have the crowd cheer their asses off by simply showing up. He was having great matches every week, and out-working 90% of the entire WWE roster. He was being pushed higher than he ever has before. And finally people, myself included, who went from hating him for being a "druggie that just does spots all the time and botches them", started to love him and cheer for him and wish him the best. He flipped people's opinions about him. And then, he gets SUSPENDED for the SAME bullshit as last time, and all the other times. Plain and simple; he's a dumbass. A complete and utter dumbass. I'm somewhat wishing he's fired, because I don't think he deserves another chance.

EDIT- I know this rant is about people being stupid with some of their comments and such, i just needed a place to vent my frustrations at Hardy and also ask why you feel bad for him.

I totally agree with what you said about Jeff having his moment and fucking it up but I think we really need to be in his shoes to get why he did it. Jeff seems to be a smart individual who made a bad choice and I am sure there is some sort of reason why he would choose to do something like this. It doesn't excuse the fact that he made a crappy choice to take drugs but I personally think to really understand why people do what they do, we need to be in their place.

It could really range from a number of things. I personally don't now why people choose to do something like this and we can be quick to say "what an idiot" but he has to have something run through his mind that makes him say "yes, I want to do drugs". I don't think he's an idiot, I just think he made a bad choice. We don't really know the circumstances behind his choice.


I don't know, that's just my opinion. I don't do drugs so I don't know why the hell anyone would want to.

Jeff is completely unjustified in his actions. I'm not going to whine, bitch, moan, complain, or make annoying comments about it. Straight up, he fucked up and now has to pay the consequences. I appreciate his on-screen efforts each week, but he made a choice to return to the WWE because he was allegedly over his drug problems. The WWE was taking a risk with that as it is, and for him to abuse the policy again is completely unjust in my mind.

He's always been my favorite wrestler, I was really hoping to see him get that push.

Maybe he made a bad decision, maybe he just has problems and needs help, who knows really? I've seen some really harsh things said about him, things that make me wonder how someone could get so worked up over a wrestling. I still like the guy though, and always will. He just needs to get his life together.
