It was released following the Benoit incident that WWE hands out warnings for their first time offenders then 30 day suspension for a second offense next a 60 day suspension for a third offense and finally a release for a fourth offense. Go read up on the history of the policy. You could probably find the info in the achieves of any major news outlet because they reported it following the Benoit tragedy.

Like I said, go check CNN, Fox News, etc because it was widely reported that WWE has a small loophole in their policy which has a warning for the first offense. Hell, I even think CNN touched upon it in their documentary on the Benoit tragedy last year. WWE put the warning system into place in case someone like Cena were to test positive, they wouldn't have to suspend him. However, WWE could've amended the policy and taken the warning system out since it was widely reported.

I think the only proper way to write Hardy off TV is for him to get the hell beat out of him. And no, not just WWE mentioning in an article that he got beat down, I'm talking about him coming to Raw and taking a huge, serious beatdown from Umaga. Otherwise I don't think the fans would buy Hardy being taken off TV with any other explaination especially since it's Mania time.

I doubt they'd bust a superstar just for using painkillers because I'm sure most of the roster uses them, though I'm sure if he'd been abusing them it'd be a different story.

Given Jeff's past it's obvious that he probably went down for some sort of recreational drug (pot, coke, heroine, etc.) You think he'd know by now that he'd get caught he always does
