I wouldn't be surprised at all if HHH, or anyone else for that matter, used roids or other banned substances. They don't catch everybody who violates the wellness policy, no organization that does these tests does.

Actually, it was said he was sent home from the tour due to getting in trouble for drug test. He then trashed the hotel room after that.

He never had anything happen while he was feuding with Cena.

Name his other two drug test failures. One was for marijuana, which doesn't even count anymore. The three strikes your out policy is a newer policy. Nice try though.

It's such a shame but in a way i'm looking forward to MITB alot more now because i can't wait to see who will win. John Morrison better qualify, he just has to, i actually wouldn't mind him winning!

IMHO Jeff should be fired, let out to dry, he has screwed himself like 3 times now and it is getting ridiculous. He screws up the biggest push of his entire life, he was going to win the World Title (well dont know that for sure), then he gets caught with the sticky icky in his system. thats what you get when you have a night out on the town with Floyd "Money" Mayweather and his posse.

I was just listening to the pwinsider elite audio and take this with a pinch of salt but they basically said:

We have a Jeff Hardy 2003 situation

Jeff Hardy turned upto Raw with his fiance in what seemed to be to say his goodbyes, he had a meeting with Vince Mcmahon at Raw and left the meeting extremely pissed off, with the feeling that Vince has told him to goto rehab and Jeff telling Vince he doesnt need to goto rehab and that he has done everything the WWE has asked him to do, and that he would rather quit than goto rehab. The general consensus is that he was suspended for recreational drugs and not performance enhancers, the belief is that Jeff believes he doesnt have a problem and doesnt need to goto rehab.

It doesnt look good for a Jeff Hardy return, heres hoping this report is bullshit, or Hardy comes to his senses and goes to rehab(come on Matt give your little brother a kick up the freakin arse).

I see people throwing Orton's name around and how he was "given another chance". Here's the big difference between Orton and Hardy. Long before Orton's violation, he was already World Heavyweight Champion and WWE already had a vested interest in Orton. They same can't be said about Hardy. There is no vested interest or attachment to Hardy. One could argue there was no serious build for him to become World Champion yet.

So yeah, WWE had already had a vested interest in Orton thus why he was given a second chance and why Hardy likely won't. Now, this doesn't mean Hardy will never breath main event air again because he will. He just won't likely be winning any World Titles.
