I think he was a bit of a coke-head before he got released. He also got suspended last summer, but they didn't say why.

I think MITB is now between Kennedy, MVP & Jericho. I've got a feeling that whoever wins it will go and drop it to Jeff when he comes back.

Yeah, Kennedy needs to make the most of this. He's the favorite along with Jericho imo. I don't think MVP has done enough since Matt got hurt to win MITB. They haven't been booking him like someone on the verge of the main event.
