Its not Hardys fault nor is it Jerichos that both their reigns have been nothing to write home about. The IC title just isn't used as good as it could be. With guys like Jericho, Kennedy, Hardy (when he comes back), London, Kendrick, and I hate to say it...Umaga. Raw could have a legitamite and quite strong IC divison but don't get your hopes up. I miss the days when Jericho would trade the title back and forth with the likes of RVD, Christian, and others.

I don't think Hardy deserves any sort of title push but i think hes good for wrestling, hes a larger then life character which is what people watch wrestling for, people and something you don't see in every-day life.

It is not Jeffs fault if his IC CHampionship reign was booked poorly. Alot of people say it was bad because he hardly ever defended.
Is it up to Jeff when he wants to put his title on the line? WWE bookers could have made his reign alot better if they had just put his title on the line in more of his matches. He won most of his matches whilst he was the IC Champ anyway so they easily could have thrown in more IC defenced

When Jeff returned in 2006, the IC title division became interesting again courtesy of his feud with John Morrison (Nitro). They put on some solid, entertaining bouts for that belt. But once Jeff gained his 4th reign, he hardly defended it. And whose to blame? Jeff? Hardly. It's the booking teams fault for not booking Jeff in more IC title defences.
