I wonder if he's changed in appearance also? When he came back off his first suspension he lost weight and cut his hair.
Meh, I'm babbling.

To prove he's worth it, he'll have to improve. If there was any time where it was so crucial for Hardy to be at the top of his game it would be coming off of his suspension. He needs to give the 'E a reason to push him, or at least not de-push him. It'd be awesome to see him put someone over, but at the same time make himself and that person look good.
Come mid-May, it's game time for Hardy.

What you have to understand is that Orton was involved in a scandal. A scandal is so much different than a direct wellness policy violation. In scandals, blame for the problem can be put on so many different people, enough top people can be involved that depushing them would be too hard of a blow, and that the whole situation is really looked at as more a group thing than an individual problem.
Can a scandal and a single person violating the wellness policy have the same result? Sure. Is it likely? Not so much.
Look back to the Pharmacy scandal. Three people that were involved all were at the top of their brand when 'Mania came around (Randy Orton, Edge, and Chavo Guerrero. If anything is proof that scandals are treated differently, than that's it.
