Potentially he could be rehired after 90 days. Vince is smart, there are a lot of Jeff Hardy fans out there and he clearly makes a fair bit of cash with merchandise sales, I could easily see Vince rehiring him after his no compete clause expired if he was to get fired for drug offences

The only thing against that if it is true is it wouldnt look very good for WWE if they rehired somebody after said person had failed three drug tests.

Vince is smart enough not to rehire someone with a drug problem. It doesn't matter if he could do it, he wouldn't. If Jeff Hardy were to violate the policy a third time, the chances of him returning to the WWE at all are slim. Like I said before, he's not irreplaceable. In fact, if he were to get fired they would be better off using the time Jeff Hardy got on RAW and other shows to push someone else. Someone who actually could take the push and not end up screwing it up.

No matter what Hardy is/does/has, he's on thin ice.

I don't have any "distain" towards Jeff Hardy, i just think he needs to take the wellnesss policy a 'bit more seriously. What do you think the first thing a company says to a re-hired fired employee? Something along the lines of "If you do that again, you're fired. For good" In this case, Jeff Hardy was fired the last time for doing drugs, and he's gone and done it again. The only reason they haven't fired him is probably because they don't want him to go to TNA, but they still won't instantly push him to ME status, because he's proved what an idiot he is. How much of a "Money making machine" somebody is is pretty much irrelevant.

Also, there are so many guys that can create more money than Jeff Hardy, even down in development. Jeff Hardy is replaceable.
