He's been the biggest face in WWE for 3 years, someone who the internet reporters would be constantly looking for dirt on, yet he has no wellness violations, no backstage behavior problems reported, and never misses an event despite being booked everywhere. Imagine what a nightmare this would have been if Jeff had won the title in January and was champion leading into Mania when this happened. If people want to see a new face of WWE besides Cena someone has to step up and be responsible.
I have a ton of respect for Jeff and was a huge advocator of him getting a title run this summer, but now I think it shouldn't happen. He's certainly over/established/talented enough to do it, but things can get really fucked up from a business standpoint when your top face has to miss 60 days for a wellness violation. IMO give his push to Y2J and put Jeff back in the midcard upon his return. Keep him there and if he has his act together in a year or so, consider another mainevent push, it worked for Orton.

Well said. I agree with you 100%.
I also have to laugh at people knocking Jeff and then suggesting Kennedy should get a push instead. He's just as dodgy as Jeff as he claimed he never took anything and was found out to be a LIAR.
I say give the push to Chris Jericho.
Jeff Hardy, what a fool you are!

I'd mark out if Y2J won, and I've never marked out in my life, apart from just reading about Jeff.. I marked for that.

The only reason y2j would win it would be to put someone over and drop it to them later.

Jack Bauer does not get taken prisoner. He puts himself in a disadvantageous position so as to make his next several killings more dramatic.
