This is absolutley irrelevant....i dont exactly like bringing this up, but...i was harsh done by with my drink drive conviction, as at the time of the crash i was more than likley under the limit.....but because the police took soooooo long to arrive and then even longer to get me to the station to give my "official" sample i ended up being over the limit...

Give him a break, if at the scene hew was under the limit, then leave it at that.

The fact is that a large majority of the driving population have driven whilst over the limit at some point without realising it when they drive t work the next morning after a night on the town, so before you get on your fuckin high horses saying how much a of a twat Santino has been..answer me this, have you ever had a skinfull to drink and then drove to work the next morning, cz i can almost guarantee you were over the limit when you did that.
