Well there are still #267 posts in the RAW DISCUSSION THREAD. Not defending them in the least but for what I've been told many times over is a dead model, WWE still manages to generate a representative amount of interest every week. Maybe they are the "car crashes' of entertainment, I don't know?
According to this forum every RAW is the worst of all times, and WWE is about to go bankrupt.
Yet here we are every week commenting about the product and its talent, waiting fro the PPVs and expecting a closure to every story line even its some doesn't make any sense.
Raw has always been around mediocre to average. Once in a while you get a genuinely bad show or a genuinely good one but for the most part its consistently mediocre. Smackdown has started to suffer from this trend recently too. Ironically, I think 205 live might actually be the most consistent show. You rarely ever get a bad or mediocre 205 live show. Most of them are actually quite decent.

To elaborate further, it was an atrocious segment. It was cringeworthy bad. The teacher, former bff, and ex-boyfriend seemed uncomfortable with their lines. The material was stale and the crowd was bored. I was thankful when Bayley finally came out and stopped the train wreck.
I haven't watched Raw or Smackdown in months, and I'm someone who tries to keep up even when things are bad. But things aren't just bad right now, they're boring. It's like time is frozen in place. Smackdown's roster is bare, and Raw is just wasting time until we get fricken Lesnar/Reigns 2 at Mania.
I feel like the only thing that would get me pumped to tune in is a damn Kenny Omega or CM Punk debut/return, and we know that ain't happening.
For my money RAW is the show that's so dead. Watching Smackdown is a breathe of fresh air after feeling every Monday that wrestling is dead. AJ. KO. Jericho. Zayn. Even Jinder. Breezango and the Uso's. There's personalities there. There's life on Smackdown.
Raw traded away all of their personality, are choking the life of their guys who have personality, and it's insanely boring now. The difference between Smackdown and Raw has never been so crazy to me.
When the main event of a free TV show is the two top babyfaces in the company getting 20 minutes and I'm like "nah, I'm good"....that is a huge problem.
