Do you think people will stop booing Reigns for a while now?

Sorry to address the elephant in the room but maybe he gets abit of sympathy from the crowd. I mean how can you boo a guy who has just lost his brother?

I wouldn't be surprised, WWE writers can be scumbags. They tried doing it with Paige and Charlotte.

I think maybe the first time he come back he will get some sympathy from the crowd but..

..Probably not.

I can boo a guy who just lost his brother just fine, because I'm not booing him as a human being (even though I think he's an arrogant airhead who puts his foot in his mouth a lot), I'm booing him as a performer. I feel bad for the guy as a person and I'm afraid some of the scummier fans are gonna needle him over this and say things like "HAR HAR YOUR BROTHER'S DEAD LOL", because some fans are assholes. I hope that doesn't happen, but if I were him I'd avoid social media for a few weeks.

None of that changes the fact that he has no business in a wrestling ring. If I lost a brother (thankfully I don't have any) that wouldn't give me the right to headline 3 straight WrestleManias and win numerous championships.

You go to a nice restaurant. Your waiter gives you very poor service all night. Ignoring you for lengthy periods. Not refilling your drink. Rude and aloof. Takes 15 minutes to bring a to go box. You complain to the manager. The waiter and manager informs you that your complaints about the poor service are meaningless & barbaric because your waiter recently lost a sibling.

I somehow doubt you'd shrug it off and drop a tip anyway.

People die everyday. I personally wouldn't boo the guy given he just lost his best friend and brother. He'd be safe from my vocal displeasure for sure. At least for the next week or two. He has my sympathy and even though he pretends its cool, a little support from the crowd would be nice. Harsh as it is, everyone doesn't see it that way, however. Roman offers a service fans pay for and if they're unsatisfied, they're within their means to react negatively.

If a superstar NBA/NFL/MLB loses a sibling or family member, the away crowd doesn't decide to cheer him for the night. He may get a fleeting moment of consolation before and after the game, but then it's back to business as usual. I see the same happening for Roman, though I believe crowds will be a lot more conservative for at least the next two weeks. At least, I hope so as an empathetic human being. I don't like him but the man is human and no one should be burying their brother at 47. I feel for him.

I doubt that people are going to quit booing. Just by reading comments the salt is real with the IWC. They won't be happy until the main event of mania is Rusev vs. Owens vs. Cesaro vs Samoa Joe in a fatal 4 way match for the championship.

Hardcore fans that know that his brother died will always boo him

Casuals fans probably don't even know his brother died

So no, nothing is gonna change

I think it's possible that things will be a little more subdued this week, he only got the weekend's house shows off as his compassionate leave, he's booked for RAW on Monday. However, I don't have a lot of faith in humanity, particularly smarky wrestling fans, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if some guys try to start a nasty chant about it, either.
