Even as a big Lesnar fan, I want him to at least vary up his suplexes tbh. Give me a couple of Tiger and/or Butterfly's. Plus, he doesn't do the belly to belly as often atm.
I don't know whose fault it is, but almost all of Brock's appearances are wasted. Heyman promos only work for so long. The suplex spam got old after the Cena match too.
Mania 34? That means another entire year of squashes and German Suplexes? Oh, goody...
I hope he doesn't re-sign and just leaves at this point. He hasn't been good in a long time now, and the last match of his I actually enjoyed was back in 2013 vs CM Punk.
I'd love to see a spot where AJ Styles keeps hitting Phenomenal Forearms, but with Lesnar staying up, and finally one last Forearm dropping the beast. AJ goes up top, Spiral Tap... Yea that's how I'd book it.
Brock's 100% gonna re sign espically now that he is retired from UFC, WWE is all he has left to make the big bucks. His WWE gig is the easiest gig for him to that pays extremely well. Why give it up? So I say Brock re signs at least 1 more year
This is not necessarily what I want to see, but given the timeframe and where WrestleMania is next year, I can see Brock holding the Universal Title until SummerSlam, dropping it to Reigns, then winning it back (probably at Survivor Series or the Rumble, although they might like to do a title change in the Garden) and defending it against Taker in the main event. The story and hype will be around Taker trying to avenge his loss in New Orleans an Olympiad ago, because "this cowboy has one Last Ride left in him."
They do lots of videos about the life and career of The Undertaker and make it feel like he is going to die at the hands of The Beast, who is the only man to beat him at WrestleMania and the only man to do it twice. Then Taker wins; people are almost as shocked as they were when he lost and he retires as champion.
If Brock doesn't re-sign, that would be the end of him -- the final stop on "The Last Ride of The Undertaker" tour.
Bonus prediction: John Cena vs. The Undertaker does happen, but at the Survivor Series in Houston this year.
Lesnar versus anyone isn't a dream match anymore... Whether it's Cena, Orton, Alberto Del Rio...... The whole match is going to be Lesnar suplexing his opponent.
He needs to go back to having regular matches, the suplex city shit has gone on for two years now... Hopefully after Goldberg squashed him it puts an end to that garbage.
Roman, Braun, and personally I'd love to see Orton offer some continuity and have Orton punt Lesnar before he leaves, because of Summerslam.
Personally I'd love to see Owens, Joe, Cesaro, Wyatt, and Demon Balor (Idc I like him) any of these guys face him. But they'd probably just get suplexed a billion times so maybe idk
First off i need to say i was delighted as a mark when Bill beat Lesnar in the fashion he did, my only issue is now if Lesnar beats anyone like Braun, Joe, Owens etc people will say well a 50yr old Goldberg beat him but one of the top young guys on the roster can't.
I loved the moment but feel they have potentially wasted the rub on someone who is not going to be around and we hear that all to often now.
He should still do another year and let someone relevant in today's industry who ISN'T called Roman go over him.
