what is happening to Jericho´s body? i know he is old but not that old he is "just" 46 and the strange thing is there are a lot of pictures of Jericho in the GYM working hard. bad genetics, maybe he drinks too much? i dont know but the man doesnt look good.

do you think....maybe he's not using anything to help nowadays? Not saying he ever did but...

Also while at age 46 I am sure it's harder, however it's not like he's 68. Prolly has more to do with genetics than anything.

Lots of 46 year olds are cut and fit, it's just it gets harder to be at the gym and commit to working out when you've got a career, kids, and you lose interest in being fit.

Well for 46 years old it's quite a decent physique. The reason he doesn't look as great as Triple H or Goldberg is because he probably doesn't have the same strict regime and diet. I'm guessing he'd rather enjoy his food and drink a couple of beers at the weekend than have a amazing body. More power to him.

Because he likes drinking it maaaaaan.
Puns aside, I really think he looks okay for his age.

A couple of things:

1. He is short which makes it even more difficult to keep the fat away at his age'.
2. He has hurt his chest muscle, maybe through plastic surgery, maybe for some other reason. His chest has looked like SH** ever since that injury.
3.He is known to drink red wine during interviews....not sure he is a big drinker though. Out of his close friends (and fmr.) Benoit was a big drinker but Lance Storm doesn't drink at all.

A large part of it (besides age) is probably due to the amount of alcohol he drinks, if you read his books it seems he likes to party and drink a fair bit. But hell he can still go in the ring so does it really matter? I do wonder if his physique may stop him getting one final run with a top belt due to Vince's obsession with his top guys having body builders physique's mind :frown2:

Does Chris work house shows too at the moment?

We all know its incredibly difficult to maintain an amazing physique whilst wrestling the WWE schedule, let alone at 46 with previous injuries.

He looks fine all things considered, if anything I think it works well with the current gimmick and look.

It probably wouldn't be as noticeable if he went back to wearing pants. Trunks aren't always the most flattering attire. But you pretty much answered your own questions. He's 46 and it's harder to maintain muscle mass he could 20 years ago. He still looks good for his age. He's also probably reached a point where he'd enjoy food and alcohol, instead of dieting.

He's older, and probably doesn't feel the need to still look in his prime, nor is it easier to do that when you age. Also, he looks fine to begin with, I mean it hasn't effected him or his character in the slightest either. Dude can still go quite fine (although I wish he would switch up his style to better suit him being slower now), and he's one of the most over guys on Raw.
