Owens was cheered extensively all night and got a big pop when pinning Rollins....if that was a Rollins face turn, then it didn't go well lol

They do know that. But they also know there are some things that they just can't change and they just have to roll with it.

Either way, to their CREDIT, they knew what ALL of us were saying all week leading up to this match; that Rollins and Reigns should NOT win the title tonight because Raw was in desperate need of a new vibe/outlook/main storyline. Not everything can be perfect, BUT they got the overall point right and we now have a whole host of new possibilities in the future; which again; is what this was all about because as we all agreed on, Raw needed a new person in the main event AND a new vibe. They have both of those things now. Now, it's all up to Creative and Vince to follow through.

Hell no :lol He is still very much a heel, he just happens to be one of the most likable heels I've ever seen and he's entertaining as fuck so the fans cheer him like a face.

No. Fans will cheer KO regardless, simply because he's so damn good. Add to that the fact that, unlike Reigns and Rollins, he had never won a world title before, and it's easy to see why the fans were stoked.

To be honest, I think part of the reason the fans were cheering so loudly is because, in addition to Owens winning his well deserved first WWE world title, they also realized that this meant the Rollins/Triple H feud and subsequent Rollins face turn had just been initiated as well.

Owens is a heel who's been getting cheered since debut, because he's awesome.

WWE tried so hard to stop the fans from cheering him, making him walk away from matches, remove many of his popular moves like senton bomb, moonsault, and make him use the frog splash instead. Cannonball also get cheers so he can use it only once or twice per match.

Why do guys have to be "Cena Clones" to be champion.

Like I think it is dumb when people think we have to cheer faces only. Even half the time when WWE makes heels do completely stupid shit, more than half the time they are more entertaining than the face who just stands there. Like Jericho he is brilliant and would cheer every moment possible, and on same hand, Neville looks great, so if I was there, I wouldn't have boo'd either one.

I cheer those who I like/think are doing a good job, and boo those I personally don't like/guys not doing a good job (people I don't like have to do something stupid or lame for me to bother not liking them, despite popular belief I don't just hate people cause they are facing my favorites).

Then again I don't get to go to RAW/SD or PPV, so just what I personally support, is only really seen on social media and here.

WWE crowds are filled with Smarks. So when guys like Rollins, AJ or Owens get big wins. The crowd will cheer for them anyways. Face/Heel stuff in this day and age is just more for WWE to create stories and match ups with. Overall the fans choose who they want to cheer. Which is why we've Rollins cheered and Reigns boo'ed at Money in the Bank. That's why WWE has to counter IWC face and heel favorites with each other. So when Ambrose/Rollins are feuding the crowd will cheer for both and lean more towards the face. Which is why there also doing Ambrose/AJ for similar crowd reaction now. Or they pushed Balor right to the top, because his crowd reaction can counter Rollins or Owens. When you try to force a guy as top baby face and fans don't want him to be, you get a Reigns situation. Back in the day people would have cheered Roman Reigns because WWE told them to. In this day and age, they don't really have control over it anymore. Which is why some many IWC favorites of the past few years in Owens, Ambrose, AJ, Rollins and Balor are now in main event scene.
