have Seth keep coming close to winning the title but something always seem to happen to screw him out of it and have Steph turn on him to turn him face and he ends up winning the rumble and get his big moment at WM where he wins back the title.

And which heel exactly is he going to be feuding against then?
Finn could be after he turns heel at ss and wins with help from the club making Finn the new leader of the club.

Undecided on this one. While i do think that plans should be put in place to turn Seth face (And hopefully Reigns heel in the process), i'm worried that Summerslam might be a tad too early to be giving Balor the belt.

No, best course is for Rollins to win the title while having Balor look awesome in the match as well. Balor blowing through not just Reigns but Rollins as well and getting the title in the space of a month is too much, too soon. That sort of superman push helps no one. Losing here could hurt Rollins but it wouldn't hurt Balor. So Rollins coming out on top in a fantastic match is best for both of them and the championship.

well to be fair If he he goes over at SS I have winning with help from the club making Finn the new leader of club so Seth is protected in defeat and Finn becomes hated man#1 on Raw along with the Club and this also sets up Seth's face run cause Stephanie begin to lose faith in him and evenitally turns on him and Seth becomes a face.

They could go either way on Balor/Rollins and make it work, but it really depends on who the top heel on Raw is going to be. If they have a top heel to oppose Rollins, and if that's Balor, then sure. But, if the plan is to keep Rollins as the top heel on Raw, he should win the title because he has plenty of babyface opponents.

Because he shouldn't be a top babyface. That's why he feels left out. Secondary heel maineventer or upper-card babyface is his ceiling. Nothing wrong with that.

Eventually Rollins is going to turn babyface, but I don't think it will be as soon as Summerslam. If Finn eventually gets back with The Club, he'll turn heel. I can't see that faction as faces. But there doesn't seem to be any plans for that right now. Given that both Finn and Seth are Triple H's favorite guys, should be interesting. The match should be amazing so I don't think it will hurt whoever loses. But since they have babyface Ambrose as champion on SD. Raw will most likely have a heel champion, as in Seth Rollins.

Fuck off, he already had his moment at Wrestlemania Press Play. No Rollins or Reigns in the next year's WrestleMania main-event please.

Does it really matter? Another win for Rollins is just going to be another kayfabe achievement handed to him because he's HHH's boy. In the WWE you need to either be HHH's or Vince's boy to get multiple reigns and main events.

In his 3 title reigns, he's failed to make an impression. Number 4 will likely be the same.

Seriously need to fuck off with these two getting main event after main event. I hate Ambrose more than these two, but I wouldn't be opposed to seeing him get a WM ME as it would at least be fresh.

Think it is too soon for Balor to win the title, have Rollins win just to be safe. You can have Rollins/Reigns finishing off their feud at HIAC with Reigns winning, Rollins transitions into his overtime turn to babyface. Survivor Series can be:
Reigns, Brock Lesnar (Foley wants Raw's team to be the best ever), Cesaro, Rusev vs. AJ Styles, Dean Ambrose, John Cena, Baron Corbin with Team SD winning after Brock screws Roman.
At WM you can have
(C)Reigns vs. Lesnar 2, (C)Cena vs. Taker, Rollins vs. HHH as the top 3 matches. Let Rollins beat HHH, then after that you can build towards Rollins beating Lesnar for the title at Summerslam, or something.

Your plan seems nice over all but this match, just like putting Reigns at the Rumble next year would only be detrimental to Reigns, there is just no way people will get behind him in those matches. You need to give it a break and keep him out of the Rumble for a couple of years or at least have him eliminated half way through it so that people don't sour on him yet again. Same with the Lesnar match at Mania, it would have happened only two years ago and he didn't get a good reaction in it, specially when it seemed that he was going to beat Lesnar.

IF the rosters were not just split I would like this idea, but looking at Raw, if Seth is not going to win the belt for 8 months, then you are left with Balor winning the title and keeping it that long, or the belt going back to Reigns (yuck). With the way the split the rosters and Rollins being the #1 pick, he also needs to be the first ever WWE Universal Champ to, IMO.

Not saying this is a bad idea OP, I like it, but not sure how it works with the roster split the way it was. I am guessing (as awful as this sounds) they try and build a "redemption" angle for a "face" Reigns and a "face" Reigns gets his "redemption" over a heel Rollins at WM next year..

I am sure to thunderous applause :bosque

Rollins should be the first Universal Champion. Not because of his talent, but because of the circumstances. If Reigns was the first champion people would shit all over it and claim the new title is a joke. If Seth wins it the title will have instant credibility.

I like Finn, but this is too much too soon. The argument against Reigns was that "he wasn't ready." Balor is ready to challenge for the title, but he sure isn't ready to hold the title. The best move is to put this new title on Rollins.

As for Reigns I want him far away from this new title. I'd like to see him feud with Rusev for the US Title. Once he wins it he can have the mid card title run that so many thought he should have had first.

it is not to early for finn to win the title, i mean my god in NXT he tore the place down and had a hell of a title run, then losing to a man like joe? hell of a wrestler to pass the torch to in my opinion. if he was a year into the company with a small title run in NXT then you have an argument but this man has proved a lot and it was time and time again. even if we're just talking WWE here not NJPW. No one seems to realize this mans achievements. cut him some damn slack.
