Cena/Reigns/Ambrose/Orton/Ziggler - is there space for these 5 babyfaces?

What do you reckon? Orton should be returning soon and more than likely entering a program with Rollins. They could always turn him heel again after his program with Rollins, but seems unlikely they would do that. Bryan is still an uncertainty, who knows if he may actually have to retire in the end? hopefully not, but no one really knows the time-scale of his return, so hence why I have not added him. Who could go heel? realistically, its probably going to be Ambrose or Ziggler. Problem is both are hugely popular and over at the minute. There are not that many heels at the minute other than Rollins/Show/Rusev/Wyatt and Lesnar who is part-time. Hopefully Sheamus returns as a heel, and then maybe after Wrestlemania, Ambrose can go heel. Even though I do not want him to go heel, I feel WWE will choose him to be the one to switch.

Reigns and Cena will get all the attention. Orton will go in and out of the main event, Ambrose and Ziggler have already been completely discarded. Vince has made his stupid opinion on Ambrose clear, and I don't know why people even ask questions about Dolph Ziggler in the main event at this point. How long is it going to take before people realize it's never going to happen?

The Main Event is not big enough for all of them. WWE has been alternating between different stars. Dean Ambrose gets taken out, Roman Reigns gets pushed. Reigns is out, Ambrose returns. Dolph Ziggler will likely sink back down the card. Dean Ambrose has been losing most of his matches.

One thing is certain. It will be interesting to see where on the card everyone is at a few months from now.

Ziggler will drop off to the mid card and Ambrose should turn heel to face Reigns. There will be no one for him to fight after winning the title at Wrestlemania. He already beat Rollins clean, and his booking is so pussified that another win over him would mean next to nothing. An Ambrose turn would be shocking and would make for a great feud. Have him celebrate with Reigns and lay him out, a la Owens to Zayn.

Why not, ryback is another babyface who gets big pops on consistent basis.

I don't feel like WWE thinks of Ambrose as a midcarder. He's closed two PPV main events, those who had a John Cena match in the card. That is quite a feat.

Anyway, there are so many main event contenders right now. Which is actually a good thing in a certain point of view, the midcard and upper midcard feuds will have some quality and fresh stuff instead of how many times Kane can interfere matches and Big Show's period-like mood changes.

Let's take a look at the potential main event roster right now:

Faces:

- Cena
- Reigns
- Orton
- Bryan (if he returns)
- Ambrose
- Ryback
- Ziggler

Heels:

- Rollins
- Rusev (he has enough credibility right now to make "the jump")
- Sheamus (return to help either Ambrose or Ryback of an attack, just to Brogue Kick them after they helped him up, a simple turn should do)
- Wyatt(needs to be booked stronger, IMO. Don't know if it is a wise choice to go over Taker at Mania, but hey, the streak isn't the streak anymore so why not)
- Barret (Definitely needs a push. So much top heel potential that it's not even funny anymore.)
- Cesaro (Same as barret. Granted, his mic skills aren't the best, but I guess they could throw him a manager until he improves enough to rock the mic by himself)
- Harper (Now, putting him at the very very top of the card, WWE Title picture wise, is too early, but I can definitely see him close some RAW main event matches in the near future. He's pretty damn good in the ring.)

This gives us hope on seeing a lot of diversity in the WWE Title picture and main event feuds.

^They don't even give enough fuck about Orton. It will be all about Cena/Reigns. DAMMIT!

It's sadly going to be the Reigns/Cena show for the next 20 years at this rate if things go as they seem to be going.

Reigns is yet to dominate any screen. There were 1 or 2 raws earlier this year and that's it. So the little remarks about it seeming like it'll only be reigns and Cena from what we've seen are a bit odd. I actually think wwe has been featuring more of the faces well these days. Ryback had some spotlight for a few weeks which built him back up, Ziggler still getting his spotlight, Ambrose closed out 2 ppvs. They legit feel like worthy upper mid carders. Ill watch it play out but it seems like they're willing to attempt using more of their roster. I'm more concerned about the heels outside of Seth and Rusev. The drop off after Seth in the main event scene is scary

Ambrose will be heel eventually, probably after WM. Then he'll slide down the card as they don't care about him.

Ziggler will also probably in and out of the main event, can't see him ever winning the WWEWHC anyway.

Orton/Reigns/Cena sounds like it'll be WWE's main event babyfaces next year.
