Re: How high can the Shield rise on the all time Stable list?
Are you talking about personal rankings, or where they'll rank in the grand scheme of things? Because if it's the former, I love them. In my eyes they're one of the best, most cohesive, and cool stables in wrestling history. They just work together so well. But in the grand scheme of things, they're still a blip on the radar. It's shocking to realize that as badass and over as they have been, they've basically been floating around randomly their entire time in WWE. As far as titles go, Reigns & Rollins had their one run, and Ambrose can barely even be called a champion at this point. With storylines, their original storyline that was centered around who they were (the "hounds of justice" bit), kinda trailed off. Then you had their on again, off again alliance with the Authority. Then you had their short-lived infighting session. Now they're faces, once again entwined with the remnants of the Authority. They've never really enjoyed the consistent big-time storyline focus that other top stables have gotten, like DX, NWO, Hart Foundation, Four Horsemen, etc. Maybe that's a part of what makes them so awesome, the fact that they've risen to such heights of popularity without really being given jack in terms of storyline focus and titles.
The IWC has a bad reputation. Are you a part of the problem, or the answer?
