Your replacements for Cole, JBL, and King?

I think a team of Scott Steiner, Stone Cold, and Scott Hall would kick ass. It's pretty well known Scott Hall wants to get back in the business in some capacity...

Or if WWE brought in an actual, real sports commentator from somewhere, that would be sweet.

Who would you realistically want to replace these guys.

Cole is amazing on the microphone. Of course his commentary is restricted and controlled, but it's extremely articulate and well composed when he does interviews. Watch some of his interviews in old WWE videos or broadcasts.

Cole, Alex Riley, CM Punk. Dream team.

Realistic: Tony Dawson, Alex Riley & Booker T.

I think like said before in this thread, Vince McMahon or whoever tells these guys what to do is the main problem, Lawler being the other one. He's sucked hardcore since like 2007.

Cole was good with Tazz and JBL was good when he first started commentating. Lawler has just lost all passion.

So many people blaming vince for feeding the commentators shit and that's fair enough to an extent. But I am over them making simple errors like calling someone by their wrong name (even justin roberts has joined in on that), and not paying attention to matches and making mistakes like saying that natalya was the sole survivor when clearly niki bella was never eliminated

There really isn't anything wrong with Cole and JBL aside from whatever crap WWE makes them say and JBL's incessant "What's UP!" (which I secretly enjoy). If they had free reign over what they said, it'd probably be better than their old Smackdown! days. King can go, though. I'd replace him with Scott Sanford, Alex Riley, or Paul Heyman. Heyman would probably end up being the guy.

Michael Cole and JBL can actually be kind of entertaining as long as they're able to have a little bit of free reign. I mean, Cole's been doing this for YEARS now. I don't think Vince needs to backseat him or JBL. Just listen to how Cole and JBL go on about the Miz back in 2006 when they sued to be a team. It's pretty damn funny.

Cole, Regal, Heyman

But it really doesn't matter, they are just saying what Vince wants them too. Do you remember when JBL first start commentating again? He was pretty good, then Vince got in his ear and stressed how important it was to promote what he wanted to promoted, then JBL just became boring.
